Job summary

Merkle Schweiz is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to design, build, and integrate Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. You will work across configuration, customization, and platform development to empower business teams with CRM-driven experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding (LWC, Apex), security best practices, and CI/CD within an Agile delivery environment. Collaboration with ERP/Marketing automation integrations and chatbot workflows is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience designing/configuring Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Knowledge Base, Queues, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Entitlements and SLAs.
• Understanding of Salesforce security architecture incl. Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs: REST, SOAP, Bulk, Platform Events.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and integrations with ERP, Marketing Automation, Contact Center apps; familiarity with MuleSoft/Boomi/Informatica.
• Git-based source control; CI/CD and DevOps; Agile delivery; unit testing and deployments.
