Job Title: Incident Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled operations engineer to lead the internal team in resolving critical outages and stabilizing production environments of the Online Remote Update Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid response: coordinate engineers during high-priority outages to restore service quickly.
• Root cause analysis (RCA): lead post-mortem investigations to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
• Stakeholder sync: provide calm, clear updates to executives and customers while technical fixes are implemented.
• Reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) by identifying and implementing efficient recovery processes.
• Collaborate with infra specialists to design self-healing systems and backups for instant recovery.
• Optimize backend systems for high performance, availability, and reliability.
• Work with product managers, architects, QA, and operations to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for APIs and system components.
• Own service delivery from design through production, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Mentor and support engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in processes and technology.
• Ensure solutions meet internal quality standards and external compliance requirements.
• Translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
