Job Overview

We seek a motivated DevOps Engineer to lead the development and optimization of the Online Remote Update Technology. Responsibilities include automating the software delivery pipeline to ensure code moves from development to production rapidly, reliably, and securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code to guarantee uptime and performance.
• Monitor system health to maintain 99.9% uptime and low latency.
• Lead architectural decisions for backend systems, promoting modern patterns.
• Design self‑healing systems and backups to recover instantly from server failures.
• Develop robust RESTful and event‑driven APIs for integration.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, availability, and reliability.
• Champion CI/CD practices for fast, safe delivery cycles.
• Monitor, measure, and improve observability: logging, metrics, alerting.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, QA, and operations to align with business goals.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for APIs and components.
• Own service delivery from design through production, addressing issues promptly.
• Mentor and support engineers and share knowledge.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Respond to production incidents, lead root‑cause analysis, and drive remediation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and technology.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.

Technical Expertise

• 9+ years experience with Terraform.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Docker.
• Monitoring & observability: ELK (Elastic Stack), Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• OAuth2/OIDC for authentication and authorization.
• TLS/Certificate management: X.509 certificates, CA chains.
