Job summary

Rhea Healthcare in Tamil Nadu seeks a Medical Records Analyst to manage discharge file preparation, collect discharges from wards, and perform coding and indexing. You will arrange and maintain files in the Medical Record room, prepare SOPs for department maintenance, and ensure the security and forwarding of statistical reports to authorities.

The role includes development analysis of medical records, coordination with other centres in the group, and duties related to the Quality Management

Responsibilities

• Prepare files of Discharges
• Collect discharges from wards
• Coding & Indexing
• Arrange & maintain files in Medical Record room
• Prepare SOPs for DepartmentMaintenance of files for different dealt within the dept.
• Security of statistical returns
• To forward statistical reports to the concerned authorities
• Development analysis of Medical records and the jobs associated with medical records
• Co-ordinating Medical record activities of the other centres of the group as and when required
• To co-ordinate activities related to Quality Management System
• Coding the discharged patients to ICD – 10, & ICPM.Quantitative Analysis & Technical evaluation.
• Prepare hospital monthly report, communicable diseases, Medical Termination of Pregnancy.
• Filing the medical records ;
• Filing the old medical records;
• Filing the medical records,
• Sort out the medical recordsAssembling of files appropriately.
