Shopify Experts India is seeking an astute Inbound Sales Specialist with a consultative approach and experience in IT services and AI-based solutions. You will manage inbound leads, understand business challenges, and recommend AI, automation, data, and digital solutions alongside traditional IT services.

Key activities include qualifying leads, discovery calls, proposing AI-powered offerings, coordinating with pre-sales and AI teams, and maintaining CRM-driven pipelines to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of inbound sales experience in IT services/ tech company.
• Experience selling AI or digital transformation solutions is a big plus.
• Proven track record of closing inbound deals.
• Smart, proactive, and business-oriented individual.

Responsibilities
