Job summary

CodeIgniter India is seeking a smart, consultative Inbound Sales Specialist with experience in IT services and AI‑based solutions. You will handle inbound leads, understand business challenges, and recommend AI, automation, data and digital solutions along with traditional IT services.

You will qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with pre‑sales and AI/tech teams to design solutions, prepare proposals and maintain CRM pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT services sales (Staff Aug, Fixed Cost, T&M).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI solutions & use cases.
• Ability to position AI as a business value solution (not just tech).
• Strong discovery & consultative selling skills.
• Understanding of Generative AI, AI chatbots, workflow automation, RPA.
• Familiarity with AI tools & platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS AI).
• Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards & AI-driven insights.
• Awareness of AI integration with CRM, ERP, websites & apps.

Responsibilities
