Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads for IT services & AI solutions.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities for AI/ML, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business problems & AI use cases.
• Pitch AI-powered offerings (chatbots, automation, analytics, GenAI, RPA, etc.).
• Collaborate with pre-sales & AI/tech teams for solution design.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and SOWs for AI & IT services.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
• Achieve revenue targets through inbound conversions.
• Educate clients on AI adoption, benefits & ROI.
