The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.
PLC Programming:Develop, modify, validate, and troubleshoot PLC programs for manufacturing machines and equipment to ensure reliable operation and process stability.
Software Management:Maintain PLC software, backups, version control, and documentation to ensure compliance, traceability, and smooth machine lifecycle management.
Machine & Technology Upgrades:Lead machine control system upgrades and select appropriate automation, control, and electronic components to enhance performance and reliability.
MES & Traceability:Manage Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ensuring end-to-end product traceability, manufacturing data integrity, and production information management.
Root Cause Analysis:Drive systematic problem-solving using quality tools to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Continuous Improvement:Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost efficiency, equipment performance, and cycle time.
Change Management:Evaluate, validate, and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) while ensuring process compliance and minimal production impact.
Digital Manufacturing:Implement Industry 4.0 initiatives including early warning systems, machine connectivity, data analytics, machine learning applications, IoT integration, and smart factory solutions.
Cybersecurity:Ensure cybersecurity compliance for manufacturing systems, industrial networks, PLCs, and connected equipment by implementing secure automation practices and risk mitigation measures.
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering
