Job summary

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd, a 100% Bosch-owned company, seeks a Maintenance professional for ABS/ESP production equipment in the Assembly/Deburring area. You will drive uptime, spare parts efficiency, and cost reductions while advancing Industry 4.0 and data analytics projects.

The role requires a BE in Electronics or Mechatronics with 6–10 years of hands-on experience, handling CNC/SPM lines and complex repair tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• B.E in Electronics or Mechatronics with 6–10 years of experience.
• Experience in ABS/ESP production equipment maintenance and CNC/SPM machinery.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, data analytics, and digitization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Improve OEE by reducing technical downtime on production equipment.
• Plan and support competency development of subordinates.
• Preventive & predictive maintenance planning and resource planning.
• Ensure spare parts availability and manage machine spares.
• Drive energy cost reductions and capacity improvement projects.
• Comply with audits and safety/5S norms at the workplace.
• Lead I4.0, digitization and data analytics projects.

Job Description

Maintenance of ABS/ESP Production equipment's in Assembly/ Deburring area:

• Improve OEE level of the production equipment's by controlling technical downtime
• Plan & support in technical competency development of subordinates to match the requisite skill-sets for performing their current & proposed roles and responsibilities
• Preventive & predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, resource planning &adhere it
• Ensure spare-part availability for all production equipment's. M/C Spare part management
• Replenishment of spare-part stock, supplier development for alternate part, repairing, in-house repairing of critical spares
• To carry out spare-part & repair cost reduction activities
• CNC & SPM line installation and commissioning
• Obsolescence management for old machine spares
• Monitor and carryout cost reduction activities for Energy consumption
• Implement capacity improvement projects such as CT reduction, OEE improvements
• Compliance to external & internal Audits & assessments>Compliance to safety and 5S norms at workplace
• Execute Analysis & action's to reduce quality rejections due to machine technical reason
• Drive I4.0, Digitization & Data analytics projects

CNC & SPM machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system and controller knowledge. Industry 4.0, Data Analytics, Digitization.

PLC/CNC Programming CS2000, MTX, OSA3.., Multi axis servo system, Vision system, Technical knowledge of Stacking, torque system,greasing & laser marking system...etc
