Job summary

Polkart Logistics in Sriperumbudur invites applications for a Shop Floor Supervisor to oversee inbound, material handling and production operations on the shop floor. You will guide floor associates and ensure efficient task allocation to drive productivity.

Responsibilities include supervising safe unloading/loading of vehicles, monitoring pallet handling and conveyors, conducting regular SOP checks, and keeping production status updated.

Qualifications

• Diploma / polytechnic / ITI in Mechanical or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
