Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• Familiarity with production and quality processes.
• Knowledge of drawings, technical documents, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shop floor activities during the shift.
• Conduct morning toolbox meetings with technicians and explain tasks.
• Ensure targets in quality, quantity, and safety are met.
• Monitor production and resolve doubts promptly.
• Handover to the next shift with clear status.
• Train and coach operators for better performance and safety.
• Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.
• Maintain discipline and resolve minor grievances.
• Support 5S, Kaizen, and lean initiatives.
• Participate in daily reviews and raise issues proactively.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations on the production floor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of shop floor during the shif t.
