Soccer International, Inc. in Jalandhar, Punjab invites applications for a Store Keeper to manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, accessories, and finished shoes to support production operations.

Candidates should have 3-5 years experience in storekeeping within shoe manufacturing or similar; proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; knowledge of FIFO and GRN processes; shoe industry background preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as Store Keeper in shoe factory or manufacturing unit.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP systems).
• Candidate from Shoe industry will be preffered.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate records of all raw materials / Finished Goods.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirement.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
• Ensure proper FIFO (First In First Out) system implementation.
• Receive materials against Purchase Orders (PO).
• Verify quantity and quality with GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
• Coordinate with QC department for inspection approval.
• Record inward entries in ERP/software or manual registers.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of materials.
• Maintain proper issue records.

Job Summary

The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, accessories, finished shoes, and other inventory items in the shoe manufacturing unit. The role ensures proper stock control, accurate documentation, and smooth material flow to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all raw materials / Finished Goods.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirement.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
• Ensure proper FIFO (First In First Out) system implementation.
• Receive materials against Purchase Orders (PO).
• Verify quantity and quality with GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
