Job summary

Soccer International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our footwear manufacturing unit.

You will plan, coordinate, and control production activities to ensure products are made efficiently, on time, within quality standards, and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. You will lead production teams, monitor all manufacturing stages, and drive continuous improvement to reduce wastage and boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in production, footwear technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in footwear/shoe manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of shoe production processes and machinery.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to plan and solve problems.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production activities for shoe manufacturing operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines and budget.
• Monitor cutting, stitching, lasting, finishing, packing, and assembly processes.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, warehouse, and merchandising departments.
• Optimize manpower utilization and machine efficiency.
• Maintain production schedules and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with stores/purchase departments.
• Handle production-related issues and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Train and supervise production supervisors and workers.
• Maintain discipline and promote teamwork on the production floor.
