Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Mechatronics professional to drive business development for new sectors and hydraulic technologies. You will visit customers, qualify opportunities, and support RFQ processes with technical and commercial documentation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hydraulic systems, coordinating with sales, and delivering market insights and go-to-market plans. A strong technical background and excellent stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• BE/ME in Mechanical/Mechatronics with 8-14 years of relevant experience
• Preferred knowledge / skills

Responsibilities

• Business development – new sectors, applications (preferred – Testing Technology)
• Visit to customer to generate RFQ for new technology hydraulic products
• Trouble shooting of hydraulic system for application / commissioning
• Technical support to Sales to generate RFQ; qualification & risk assessment of opportunities
• Pre-order working on techno-commercial proposals & required documents (schematic, BOM, cost sheet)
• Post-order technical work and documentation, customer approvals
• Market intelligence, business potential, long-term strategy, go-to-market plans
• New technical solutions, development, and applications
• Liaison with customer, CFTs/BU/vendors during projects
• Maintain close connect with customers and build insights
• Prove-out concepts, prototyping with documentation
• Project documentation incl. loss order analysis, lessons learned

Job Description

1. Business Development – New Sectors, New Application (preferred – Testing Technology)


2. Visit to Customer to generate RFQ for New Technology Hydraulic Products.

Qualifications
