Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India invites skilled mechanical engineers to join our drive and control solutions team in Gujarat's Sanand area. You will contribute to manufacturing processes, implement lean improvements and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across production lines.

The role requires 3-6 years of experience, a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, and familiarity with CNC programming, jigs and fixtures, NDT, and SAP.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech Mechanical with 3-6 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing process, CNC programming, Design of Jigs and Fixture, NDT, LEAN, SAP, Safety system.

Responsibilities

• Drive Productivity and reduce rework using Lean Tools.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls.
• Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis.
• Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions.
• Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics.
• Ensure first time right execution based on approved drawings and BOM.
• Ensure compliance to ISO and involvement in QHSE activities including audits.
• Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time.
