Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India invites a BE Mechanical engineer with 3-6 years of production experience to join our Gujarat-based manufacturing team. You will work on hydraulic systems, circuit drawings, and testing while driving efficiency and lean improvements.

You'll support PFMEA, control plans and risk mitigation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to ISO compliance, safety norms and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical with 3–6 years experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic components and circuit drawings.
• Proficiency in problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, 5S, Kaizen.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity, reduce rework and rejection using Lean tools.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls.
• Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis.
• Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions.
• Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics.
• Ensure first time right execution based on approved drawings and BOM.
• Ensure ISO compliance and involvement in QHSE audits.
• Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time.
• Co-ordinate and drive RPP projects under BPS activities.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Hydraulic Testing and CustomerInspection.
• Proficiency in problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why,Fishbone, PDCA)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, 5S,Kaizen.
