Job summary

Randstad in Hyderabad is seeking an AM- Operation with 6–10 years of experience in import operations, contract follow-through, and cross-functional coordination with stakeholders.

You will liaise with CHA and clearing agents, manage insurance records, issue purchase orders, obtain quotes for licenses, and lead teams across marketing, finance, logistics, operations, and plant.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant Operations experience.
• Experience in edible oil or manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficient in English, Telugu or Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Import Operations: vessel allocation, shipping instructions and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure contract POs/Work Orders align with LC and funds, and documents comply with customs rules.
• Regular liaison with CHA and clearing agents.
• Manage contracts and operations.
• Handle insurance policies, renewals and coverage.
• Manage claims from start to finish and maintain records.
• Issue POs for commodities and marketing; obtain quotes for licenses.

Job Description:

• Import Operations- vessel allocation, shipping instructions and coordination with various stakeholders
• Ensure all contract POs/Work Orders are completed for LC and funds assurance, and confirm that all documents are in line with customs regulations
• Regular liaisoning with CHA and clearing agents
• Management of contract and operations
• All insurance policies negotiations, renewals and coverages (except employee policy)
• Management of the claims from start to end
• Maintaining proper insurance records
• Issuance of purchase order for commodity and marketing
• Obtain quotes and negotiate rates for the license scrip required for customs duty payment
• Team Management and coordination with marketing, finance, logistics, operations & plant
• MIS and reporting on monthly basis
