Job summary

• Handle end-to-end Import & Export shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, CHA, transporters, & customers.
• Arrange vessel bookings and monitor shipment status until final delivery.
• Track shipments & provide regular status updates.
• Maintain shipment records and operational reports.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare & verify shipping documents such as HBL, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List.
