A R Overseas Tradecom in Delhi is seeking an Import Operations & Coordination professional to manage the end-to-end import cycle, coordinate with overseas suppliers, forwarders, and CHAs, and ensure timely delivery.

The role also covers preparing import documents, verifying HS codes and duty structures, and building cost sheets for freight, insurance, customs, and landing costs.

Responsabilités

• Handle complete import cycle from purchase order to final delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers/ forwarder regarding Goods readiness, ETD, ETA, and documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and CHAs.
• Prepare, verify, and manage import documents including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL / HBL / MBL), Certificate of Origin, Insurance Policy, etc.
• Ensure correctness of HS Code, assessable value, CIF value, and duty structure.

Costing & MIS
