Zaggle is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to drive successful customer implementations of the Zoyer P2P platform. This techno-functional, customer-facing role combines project management, implementation consulting, and solution integration.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in SaaS/enterprise software implementation, implementation consulting, project delivery, or solution delivery.
• Strong experience in customer-facing implementation and managing end-to-end software implementation projects.
• Experience with SaaS product implementation, enterprise application implementation, system integration, APIs, or technology-enabled business process transformation will be highly preferred.
• Experience in SaaS/IT/Enterprise Technology companies with implementation and integration experience is strongly preferred.

Job Overview

As we continue to expand our Zoyer Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, we are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to drive successful customer implementations, integrations, and seamless onboarding of enterprise clients.

The Implementation Project Manager will play a critical role in delivering successful implementations of Zaggle's Zoyer platform. This is a techno-functional, customer-facing role that combines project management, implementation consulting, business process understanding, and solution integration. The role will be responsible for managing implementations from project kickoff and requirement gathering through solution configuration, integrations, UAT, go-live, and transition to the Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects in line with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW), timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Understand customer business processes, conduct requirement gathering and gap analysis, and translate requirements into effective solution designs.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, project plans, and implementation documentation.
• Drive implementation and configuration of SaaS/enterprise applications based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate and manage system integrations, APIs, data flows, configurations, and dependencies between the customer's systems and the SaaS platform.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Technology, and internal teams to deliver configurations, integrations, customizations, and product enhancements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops, requirement discussions, user training, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Proactively identify implementation risks and dependencies and drive timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure completion of project documentation, customer sign-offs, UAT, and successful go-live.
• Drive a smooth transition and handover to the Customer Success team post implementation.
• Continuously contribute to implementation best practices, process improvements, documentation, and reusable implementation frameworks.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in SaaS/enterprise software implementation, implementation consulting, project delivery, or solution delivery.
• Strong experience in customer-facing implementation and managing end-to-end software implementation projects.
• Experience with SaaS product implementation, enterprise application implementation, system integration, APIs, or technology-enabled business process transformation will be highly preferred.
• Candidates from SaaS/IT/Enterprise Technology companies with implementation and integration experience are strongly preferred.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), ERP, Procurement, Expense Management, Finance, or FinTech solutions will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, consulting, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Job-Specific Requirements

• Strong understanding of SaaS/enterprise software implementation methodologies and project management practices.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end SaaS/software implementation projects, from requirement gathering and solutioning through go-live.
• Should have successfully delivered multiple SaaS projects/client implementations within the last 2 years.
• Basic knowledge of P2P, Accounts Payable (AP), Taxation, and system integrations is mandatory.
• Exposure to system integrations, APIs, data migration, application configuration, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs, implementation plans, and deliverables.
• Strong presentation, communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to conduct solution workshops, product demonstrations, training sessions, and UAT discussions with customers.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across customers, technology, product, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and tight delivery timelines.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand integrations and quickly learn new SaaS products, platforms, and technologies.
• Ability to independently drive projects end-to-end, with strong attention to detail and ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required (approximately 30–50%).
