Job summary

MoveInSync in India seeks an Implementation Manager to lead deployment of our enterprise commute platform, guiding onboarding, configuration, and adoption for clients. You will coordinate across product, engineering, and operations to deliver successful projects and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong SaaS rollout experience in India, PMP or equivalent credentials, and excellent stakeholder management across HR, Admin, and Transport teams for multi-location

Qualifications

• Prior experience in SaaS application rollout within India.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management capability.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects from planning to go-live.
• Lead client onboarding, configuration, and deployment of the MoveInSync platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to deliver the solution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Track implementation progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and operational issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client during implementation.
• Conduct regular meetings with client stakeholders (HR, Admin, Transport teams).
• Ensure alignment between client requirements and product capabilities.
• Implementation team coordination especially for multi-location customers.
• Work with technology teams for platform customization and integrations.
• Coordinate with operations teams for fleet/vendor onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and implementation processes.
• Track key KPIs such as deployment timelines, platform adoption, and SLA compliance.
• Prepare project status reports and dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Ensure smooth product adoption and operational stability after go-live.
• Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions with clients.
• Identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Role Overview

An Implementation Manager at MoveInSync is responsible for deploying the companys employee commute management platform for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, configuration, and adoption of the solution. The role works closely with customers, operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Customer Implementation & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects from planning to go-live

  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards and implementation processes
