Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with a Series A commercial EV leasing company building India’s most data‑driven fleet operating platform - leasing electric buses and trucks to operators on tenors, powered by a SaaS and analytics stack being built from scratch.

What will you be doing?

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of every external SaaS vendor – LOS/LMS, Fleet Management System, telematics, finance & accounting SaaS, and escrow banking – from vendor selection and contracting through SLAs, escalations, and renewals
• Drive ETL and data ingestion from vendor systems into the internal data warehouse – defining specs, managing delivery, and working with the data team to normalise vendor data feeds into operational outputs
• Review and negotiate MSAs and SOWs critically – identify risks around data portability, liability caps, IP ownership, and exit clauses before anything is signed
• Deliver internal products end‑to‑end – operator and route analytics dashboards, an internal CRM, financial modelling tools, and cross‑system integrations across the SaaS stack
• Write PRDs, run sprint planning, maintain RAID logs, own UAT, and keep stakeholders aligned – you drive delivery, you do not just report on it
• Build and maintain vendor scorecards, SLA dashboards, and implementation trackers that give leadership honest visibility into stack performance
