Job summary

IndoFast Energy is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our ERP implementation across O2C, P2P, R2R, inventory, billing, GST/tax, and payroll, bridging business stakeholders with the technology team.

Define and translate processes into BRDs and stories; manage middleware integrations (MuleSoft / Azure); lead UAT, data migration, and go-live across modules. Excel reporting will be used during transition until BI tools go live.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of product management experience in ERP or large-scale platforms.
• Background in Fintech, Banking, NBFC; or SAP / MS Dynamics 365 / Oracle NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, array formulas, Power Query, pivot tables.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, O2C, P2P, R2R processes.
• Understanding GST, e-invoicing (IRN/QR), TDS/TCS and Indian tax workflows.
• Comfort reading API specs and working with integration teams on middleware connectors.

Responsibilities

IndoFast Energy (a JV of IndianOil & SUN Mobility) is digitising its EV two-wheeler retail operations through a Multiple Brand Outlet (MBO) network. We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our ERP implementation — covering O2C, P2P, R2R, inventory, billing, GST/tax, and payroll modules — and to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team.

What you will own:

• Define and prioritise the ERP product roadmap aligned to IndoFast's operational needs.
• Translate business processes (supply chain, inventory, billing, GST) into clear BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage integration architecture with middleware (MuleSoft / Azure Integration Services / custom APIs) between ERP and downstream systems.
• Drive UAT, data migration, and go-live planning across modules: O2C, P2P, R2R, payroll, and inventory.
• Own Excel-based reporting bridges during transition — build and maintain complex reconciliation models, pivot dashboards, and data-matching tools until BI tooling is live.

Must-have requirements:

• 5–6 years of product management experience; at least 2 years on ERP or large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Prior background in Fintech, Banking, or NBFC; or hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft D365, or Oracle NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, array formulas, Power Query, and pivot table modelling.
• Strong working knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, O2C, P2P, R2R processes.
• Understanding of GST, e-invoicing (IRN/QR), TDS/TCS and Indian tax compliance workflows.
• Comfortable reading API specs and working with integration teams on middleware connectors.

Good to have:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Exposure to EV/mobility, energy, or multi-location retail operations.
• Familiarity with GSTN APIs or e-way bill integrations.
