Job summary

LeadSquared in Bengaluru is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive onboarding and deployment of our platform for clients. This role focuses on understanding client requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery aligned with business objectives.

The candidate will lead end-to-end implementation, configure workflows and integrations, and train client teams for platform adoption, in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation / consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS/CRM domain.
• Strong understanding of workflows, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Experience in CRM / Marketing Automation platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to tools like CRM, ERP, or automation platforms.
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, webhooks, data mapping).

Responsibilities
