Job summary

LeadSquared is seeking an Implementation Consultant to work with BFSI clients and internal teams to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and configure solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

You will guide customers through discovery, solution design, deployment, and adoption, coordinating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth go-live and value realization.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in CRM implementations, business analysis, or workflow configuration roles.
• Experience working with BFSI clients or understanding of financial services processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable solution configurations.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
