Job summary

Kugelblitz Private Limited is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to head end-to-end implementation projects for HRTech, LMS, and Enterprise SaaS solutions. You will partner with clients, product, engineering, and success teams to ensure delivery excellence and superb customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and hypercare support.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and governance reviews.
• Manage expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams.

Key Responsibilities
