Job summary

BiofuelCircle's platform supports daily business operations across the bioenergy supply chain. The Platform Operations Executive will work with business and operations teams to help them use the platform effectively, complete platform-related activities, and follow defined processes.

The role will train users, provide ongoing support, coordinate with logistics, plant and business teams, and travel to operational locations and partner sites as required to ensure smooth day-to-day platform

Responsibilities

• Support users in performing day-to-day activities on the BiofuelCircle platform.
• Train users on platform features, workflows, and business processes.
• Monitor platform usage and identify pending actions or process deviations.
• Follow up with users and stakeholders to ensure activities are completed on time.
• Assist users in resolving platform-related operational issues.
• Conduct online and on-site training sessions whenever required.
• Support platform implementation and adoption initiatives.
• Validate data and identify process gaps or user challenges.
• Track operational issues and escalation unresolved matters to the Platform Operations Lead.
• Create user guides, training material, and process documentation.
• Work closely with operations, logistics, plant, and business teams.
• Travel to operational locations, plants, and partner sites when required.
• Understand the business and operate on the platform

BiofuelCircle's platform supports daily business operations across the

bioenergy supply chain.

The Platform Operations Executive will work closely with business and

operations teams to help them use the platform effectively, complete

platform-related activities, and follow defined processes. The role will

support platform adoption through training, user assistance, follow-ups,

and operational coordination.

The role reports to the Platform Operations Lead and plays a key role in

ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations

What Key Tasks will be involved?
