Job summary

Biofuelcircle is seeking a Platform Operations Executive to work with business and operations teams, helping them use the BiofuelCircle platform effectively, complete platform-related activities, and follow defined processes.

The role involves training users, providing user assistance, follow-ups, and coordinating operations, reporting to the Platform Operations Lead, and ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Support users in performing day-to-day activities on the BiofuelCircle platform.
• Train users on platform features, workflows, and business processes.
• Monitor platform usage and identify pending actions or process deviations.
• Follow up with users and stakeholders to ensure activities are completed on time.
• Assist users in resolving platform-related operational issues.
• Conduct online and on-site training sessions whenever required.
• Support platform implementation and adoption initiatives.
• Validate data and identify process gaps or user challenges.
• Track operational issues and escalation unresolved matters to the Platform Operations Lead.
• Create user guides, training material, and process documentation.
• Work closely with operations, logistics, plant, and business teams.
• Travel to operational locations, plants, and partner sites when required.
• Understand the business and operate on the platform.
