Role Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Implementation Engineer to drive customer onboarding, system implementation, integrations, data migrations, and solution deployment for enterprise customers.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, consulting, and customer success. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with customers, understanding business requirements, configuring solutions, validating data, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful go‑live.

The successful candidate will be highly technical, customer‑focused, and capable of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Implementation

• Own the implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through successful go‑live.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer processes, workflows, and business requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into system configurations and implementation plans.
• Guide customers on industry best practices and recommend optimal solutions.
• Drive implementation activities while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Data Migration & Validation

• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and migration activities.
• Create and maintain data mapping documents and migration plans.
• Validate migrated data and perform reconciliation between source and target systems.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and work with customers to resolve inconsistencies.
• Support large‑scale migration projects involving multiple data entities.

Integrations & Technical Configuration

• Configure and support integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third‑party platforms.
• Work with customer IT teams to integrate systems such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, PSA, and project management tools.
• Read API documentation, validate endpoints, and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams for custom integration requirements.
• Support authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, API Keys, and SSO configurations.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during implementations.
• Conduct implementation workshops, training sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Manage customer expectations and proactively identify implementation risks.
• Handle escalations professionally and drive issues toward resolution.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.

AI & Process Automation

• Leverage AI‑powered tools to improve implementation efficiency.
• Build automation workflows to reduce repetitive implementation tasks.
• Utilize modern tools to accelerate data validation, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Continuously improve implementation processes through innovation and automation.

Must‑Have Skills

Implementation & Consulting

• 3–6 years of experience in Software Implementations, SaaS Onboarding, Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Solution Delivery.
• Experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Strong requirement gathering and workflow documentation skills.
• Ability to independently drive customer‑facing implementation projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Experience using tools such as Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience with data migration, ETL processes, or system integrations.
• Familiarity with SaaS application architecture and enterprise software implementations.

• Experience with Rocketlane, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Experience with HRMS, ERP, CRM, PSA, or Financial Systems implementations.
• Understanding of SSO, SAML, and Identity Management concepts.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, Workato, or Boomi.
• Exposure to Python scripting or automation.
• Experience working with international customers.
• Project Management or Agile certifications.
