Blue pms software solution is looking for a motivated Implementation Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The candidate will focus on software implementation, customer onboarding, and providing robust technical support while traveling to customer sites as needed.

The ideal applicant will have a strong communication skill set, a basic technical understanding, and be eager to assist customers with troubleshooting and operational issues. Candidates with 0–8 years of experience are preferred.

• Provide technical and customer support through phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot software, system, and application‑related issues.
• Assist customers in resolving operational and technical problems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and product improvements.
• Install and configure software, printers, and related hardware devices.
• Document implementation activities, support cases, and customer feedback.
• Ensure successful customer adoption and satisfaction.
