Job description

We are looking for highly skilled and result-oriented candidate who cancarry out various activities of software installation, deployment, on call/onsite support to customer, tracking the defects, carrying out analysis for the cause of the defects etc.

Qualifications

• B. E. / B.Tech. / MCA / BCA / Diploma

Responsibilities

• Software Installation and Commissioning
• Support activities related to Software – on call and onsite
• Carrying out Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
• Carrying out Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
• Tracking the defects (Bugs) reported from site
• Implementation of the required patches at site
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the deployed application meets product/project specification requirements
• Close interaction with customers to drive requirements and customer satisfaction

Required Skillset

• Hands-on experience in software commissioning and maintenance, Windows OS, Networking, Oracle / SQL Server
• Experience in Automation industry will be added advantage
• Basic understanding of various technologies - VB.Net, C#.Net, WPF, RESTful API, Web Services, WCF
• Good oral and written communication
• Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal & organizational skills
• Ability to be an effective Contributor in multi-cultural Teams
