Tareo is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end client onboarding and tailor software configurations to fit customer workflows. You will coordinate across customer-facing, technical, product, and operations teams to keep projects on track and meet milestones.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills, with exposure to SaaS deployment processes and a knack for translating requirements into actionable product features.

Qualificações

About the role:

• - Manage the deployment and onboarding process when clients adopt Tareo's products and services


• - Gather and document what each customer needs from the solution, then shape the system to fit those requirements


• - Work across Tareo's customer-facing, technical, product development, and operations groups to keep projects on track


• - Monitor progress against timelines and ensure each implementation milestone is met on schedule


• - Demonstrate the product's capabilities to customers and walk them through how to use it effectively


• - Identify and resolve obstacles that arise during the deployment phase


• - Create detailed records of how implementations were completed and what was delivered
