Job summary

Tareo in Gurugram, India, invites a results-driven Product Manager to shape the vision and roadmap of key products. You will collect customer insights, translate goals into detailed requirements, and partner with engineering, design, sales, and business development to ensure timely delivery.

The role focuses on defining measurable KPIs, performing market and competitive analysis, and leading launches end-to-end while aligning cross-functional teams and removing blockers to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management or closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience as a product manager or in a similar product-focused role.
• Deep familiarity with product movement from concept through development, release and iteration.
• Ability to break down complex problems and reason through solutions systematically.
• Proven track record communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders and steering alignment across teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks and how to apply them in practice.
• Experience using product analytics platforms is valued but not required.
