Job summary

SpotDraft seeks an Implementation & Onboarding Manager for NAM and APAC to lead client onboarding, scope, configuration, and integration of SpotDraft’s product suite with client systems. You will guide workshops to align integrations with CRM/HRMS/Procurement/Ticketing tools and manage end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and integrations teams to ensure successful rollouts, training, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of SaaS implementation experience.

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire Implementation & Onboarding Managers for NAM and APAC regions, they will work with our newest customers, ensuring successful scoping, configuration and implementation of SpotDraft’s product suite integrated with the client’s internal tools or other third-party services. The primary objective is to facilitate customers through the product configuration, integration, and training required to ensure successful rollout of the auxiliary integrated IT stack with SpotDraft for our customers.
To accomplish this, the Implementation Manager conducts requirement workshops with customers to optimize alignment of the integrations of various CRM/HRMS/Procurement/Ticketing tools to SpotDraft’s product functionality and then manages end-to-end project management with the customers collaborating with the engineering, product and integrations team at SpotDraft.
