Job Summary

SpotDraft is recruiting a Senior Associate for its Legal Operations team. As a part of the team, you will work on various contract management projects for multiple clients, ensuring successful delivery and providing strategic guidance that promotes company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management projects related to abstraction of key information, capturing risks & obligations as per client requirements.
• Review and redline various contracts.
• Perform quality checks for team members.
• Proactively communicate with internal team and clients, ensuring all requirements are met and reports are submitted on time.
• Manage and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide SME support to the team.
• Focus on accuracy and a first‑time‑right approach to avoid rework.
• Handle team queries.
• Help clients design their contract automation process.

Requirements

• Law graduate with strong academics from a reputed institute recognized by the Bar Council of India.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in contract management, including reviewing and abstraction of various contracts.
• Strong time‑management skills – ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple project activities.
• Exposure to tools for legal research, contract management, etc.
• Positive interpersonal skills, including ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and accountable.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor.
• Microsoft Office Suite expertise.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
