The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with key stakeholders to fulfill workforce needs efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in mid-senior and leadership hiring in B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Should be okay working onsite.

Day to Day:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends and talent availability.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
