Job summary

Future Focus Infotech is looking for a Network Engineer L2 based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The role requires at least 2 years of experience with configuring and managing Cisco ACI, Nexus switches, and firewalls. Successful candidates will have experience monitoring devices and ensuring compliance with SLAs.

Network Engineer L2 – Mumbai

We are recruiting a Network Engineer L2 with 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Cisco ACI, Nexus Switches, ISE, and WLC.
• Set up Palo Alto firewalls – IPv4/IPv6 VPN tunnels, static routes, HA, TACACS+, LDAP, Radius, SNMP traps, security profiles, and URL filtering.
• Maintain Fortinet firewalls and analyze firewall logs.
• Configure VLANs and Zones, L2 and L3 VLANs, ACLs, object groups, static routes, and port configuration on Cisco and Aruba switches.
• Deploy NAC on switches.
• Configure Aruba Wireless Controller and support Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
• Backup network configuration using NCM tool.
• Manage Exinda bandwidth manager policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot devices (Cisco routers/switches, ISE, Aruba, firewalls).
• Perform post‑incident analysis, track recurring faults, and provide corrective measures.
• Ensure OLA/SLA compliance and update ticket work notes.
• Raise TAC for vendor support when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Network Engineer (L2).
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco ACI, Nexus, ISE, and WLC.
• Proficiency in Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall configuration.
• Strong understanding of VLAN, ACL, VPN, NAC, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with Aruba Wireless Controller and SNMP traps.
• Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver within SLA.
