Job summary

Aforeserve in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment and security of enterprise networks. You will manage LAN/WAN, firewall ecosystems, and wireless infrastructure, ensuring high availability and policy compliance.

With 8-10 years of hands-on experience, you will coordinate audits, review security observations, and drive remediation across IT teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, L2/L3 network infrastructure and network devices.

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA/Firepower or equivalent.
• Manage Wireless LAN / Access Points / WLC infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, availability and security.
• Perform firewall rule review, access review and network security policy review.
• Participate in security and IT audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
• Review audit observations and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective actions and remediation.
• Maintain evidence and documentation required for audit and compliance activities.
• Review and ensure compliance with IT policies, network security policies and information security standards.
• Identify network/security risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
• Handle network incidents, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.

Job Summary
