Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments.
• Configure and maintain Routing & Switching technologies.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
• Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network projects and operational activities.
• Maintain network documentation and adhere to security and compliance standards.
• Handle escalations from L1 support teams and provide timely resolution.
• Monitor and manage day-to-day network operations.
• Perform incident analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and closure within SLA timelines.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem management activities.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments.
• Support fabric infrastructure, tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, contracts, and endpoint groups (EPGs).
• Monitor ACI health and performance to ensure network availability and reliability.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and SDN infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issues.
• Implement network changes following change management procedures.
