Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills to manage maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Machine Start-up and operation of injection moulding equipment.
• Monitor process parameters to ensure quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Start-up

• Start-upthe injection moulding machineaccording to production requirements.
• Installand align moulds properly.

Machine Operation

• Operatethe injection moulding machine safely.
• Monitortemperature, pressure, and cycle time.

Quality Inspection

• Checkmoulded parts for defects such as flash, short shots, sink marks, andwarpage.
• Ensureproducts meet quality specifications.

Troubleshooting

• Identifyand resolve moulding defects and machine issues.

Coordinatewith maintenance or engineering teams for complex problems

Process Optimization

• Adjustmachine parameters to improve product quality and reduce cycle time.
• Minimizematerial waste.
• Monitoringthe offline activity like packing grinding & assembling

Documentation

• Maintainproduction records, quality reports, and machine settings.
• Recorddowntime and maintenance activities.

Manpowerhandling

Allocate work to operators andtechnicians.

Train new employees on machine operation,safety, and quality procedures.

Monitorattendance, discipline, and performance.

Maintainingthe shop floor

· To maintain 5S & 6S

· Providing awareness to machine operators

Compliance& Governance

• Ensure adherence to company policies andprocedures.
• Maintain compliance with applicablestatutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.

EducationalQualification
