Job summary

Yeemak Private Limited in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, seeks an experienced Assistant Manager Injection Moulding to lead day-to-day production and achieve targets. You will manage IMM machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment while driving TPM and OEE improvements.

Ideal candidates have 8-12 years in automotive plastic injection moulding, hands-on mould trials and process setting, and a track record of reducing cycle times, rejects, and downtime while ensuring 5S and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day injection moulding production operations and achieve production targets.
• Handle injection moulding machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor and improve cycle time, productivity, OEE, rejection and downtime.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Tool Room, PPC and Stores for smooth production.
• Support new mould trials, process setting, mould validation and NPD activities.
• Drive rejection reduction, process improvement and productivity enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, 5S and company procedures.
• Maintain production reports, downtime records and other manufacturing documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement activities such as TPM, Kaizen and OEE improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations in IMM and drive targets.
• Plan manpower, shifts and resource utilization for smooth output.
• Troubleshoot mould issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and quality standards.

Job Description
