Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Relevant Degree.
• Experience in kitchen operations is a plus.
• Awareness of safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Stock up the assigned kitchen with raw materials and ingredients daily.
• Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observe safety precautions.
• Be well versed in hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures.
• Apply necessary precautions with regards to HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to the supervisor.
• Clean and maintain all equipment within the food production area.

Job Description
