Job summary

Accenture in India seeks an accomplished Transformation Architect (Senior Mgr) to design value-led transformations across industries. You will blend domain expertise, operating model design, and roadmap development to win multi-year engagements.

You will lead solutioning for RFPs, shape deals, and collaborate with sales, industry, technology, and delivery teams to craft scalable, GenAI-enabled operating models and compelling client proposals.

Qualifications

• BE or MBA with strong delivery track record.
• 16–25 years of experience in transformation consulting or solution architecture.
• Experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, and large transformation deals.

• Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Transformation Architect with a strong domain and pre-sales background to design innovative,value-led transformation solutions for clients across industries. The role requires a blend of domain expertise, business transformation knowledge, consulting skills, and the ability to respond to complex RFPs and client pursuits and be client-facing to pitch the transformation mandate
• 15+ years of experience in transformation consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, or managed services.
• Expertise in business transformation, operating model design, roadmap development, and value realization.
• Strong experience in RFP or RFI response management, deal shaping, and solutioning for large transformation engagements.
