• Strong experience in RFP or RFI response management, deal shaping, and solutioning for large transformation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning activities during sales pursuits, RFPs, RFIs, and client workshops.
• Develop compelling transformation narratives, value propositions, and executive presentations.
• Design end-to-end operating models, processes, technology, and organization solutions.
• Prepare client proposals, response documents, commercial assumptions, and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales, industry, technology, and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
• Participate in client discussions, proposal defenses, and solution validation workshops.
• Assess current-state operations, processes, technology landscape, and operating models.
• Develop future-state transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps.

The role requires a blend of domain expertise, business transformation knowledge, consulting skills, and the ability to respond to complex RFPs and client pursuits and be client-facing to pitch the transformation mandate
• 15+ years of experience in transformation consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, or managed services.
• Expertise in business transformation, operating model design, roadmap development, and value realization.
