Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Transformation Architect with a strong domain and pre‑sales background to design innovative, value‑led transformation solutions for clients across industries.

The role requires a blend of domain expertise, business transformation knowledge, consulting skills, and the ability to respond to complex RFPs and client pursuits and be client‑facing to pitch the transformation mandate.

Qualifications

• BE or MBA required.
• 18–28 years of experience.
• Transformation architecture, pre-sales, and client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning activities during sales pursuits, RFPs, RFIs, and client workshops.

• Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Transformation Architect with a strong domain and pre‑sales background to design innovative, value‑led transformation solutions for clients across industries.
• The role requires a blend of domain expertise, business transformation knowledge, consulting skills, and the ability to respond to complex RFPs and client pursuits and be client‑facing to pitch the transformation mandate.
• Expertise in either of the industries or domain: Supply Chain, Procurement, Talent & HR, Customer Operations, Banking, Capital Markets, Risk & Compliance, or Insurance.
• Experience leading large transformation deals, managed services pursuits, and pre‑sales solutioning.
• Strong capabilities in RFP or RFI response management, proposal development, pricing, and value realization.

• Deep understanding of business processes, KPIs, and transformation levers
• Expertise in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, Process Mining, and Analytics

• Design target operating models, governance frameworks, workforce strategies, and performance KPIs
• Establish measurable transformation outcomes aligned to client business objectives
• Architect scalable, innovative, and industry‑relevant solutions
• Build integrated solutions covering people, process, technology, data, and governance
• Develop effort estimates, resource models, transition approaches, and delivery blueprints
• Leverage Accenture assets, accelerators, platforms, agentic AI, GenAI, SynOps, automation, and analytics capabilities where appropriate
