Quess IT Solutions in Mumbai is seeking an I&C Offshore Engineer (SPI / Intools) with 8-15 years of offshore oil & gas detail engineering experience. The role focuses on SPI/Intools deliverables for platforms, FPSO, and wellhead installations.

You will prepare instrument data, loop diagrams, and MTOs, while ensuring conformance to ISA, IEC, API and offshore hazardous area standards. Collaboration with multi-discipline teams and vendors is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience with SPI/Intools in offshore projects.
• Detail engineering experience in offshore/oil & gas.
• Knowledge of F&G, ESD, DCS/PLC architecture, and control valve sizing.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SPR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review the instrument index, I/O list, datasheets, and instrument specifications from P&IDs.
• Develop loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, cable schedules, JB schedules, and interconnection diagrams.
• Prepare cause & effect charts and support the F&G and ESD system design.
• Prepare MTOs and material requisitions, and participate in vendor document review and technical bid evaluation.
• Handle the SPI database: setup, report generation, and deliverable extraction.
• Coordinate with process, electrical, piping, and telecom teams, and with clients and vendors.
• Ensure designs comply with project specs, ISA, IEC, API, and offshore hazardous area standards.

Job Title: I&C Offshore Engineer (SPI / Intools)

Role Summary
Instrumentation & Control engineer for offshore oil & gas projects (platforms, wellhead platforms, FPSO), responsible for detailed engineering deliverables using SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI/Intools).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review the instrument index, I/O list, datasheets, and instrument specifications from P&IDs.
• Develop loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, cable schedules, JB schedules, and interconnection diagrams.
• Prepare cause & effect charts and support the F&G and ESD system design.
