Job summary

Serendipity Corporate Services is seeking an Automotive Systems Engineer to drive hardware/software integration for Instrument Cluster, Audio, and Infotainment domains. You will capture requirements, support SRD documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams across HW/SW/Systems.

Practical experience with DOORS NG/RTC and certification activities is preferred. The role involves working within a structured V-Model environment, contributing to testing, validation, and compliance tasks, and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Electrical/Electronics fundamentals.
• Experience in System Engineering for automotive subsystems.
• Familiarity with V-Model and validation activities.
• Experience with tool-based requirements capture and change control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track PD schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and project risks.
• Manage release of BOMs, specs, and documentation.
• Coordinate design reviews, FMEA, SCIF, and design-quality activities.
• Support configuration/change management including budget tracking.
• Perform initial subsystem testing before VER/VAL activities.

Job description

• Develop and track Product Development (PD) schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Identify, track, and resolve technical issues and project risks.
• Manage timely release of BOMs, specifications, and product documentation.
• Coordinate Design Reviews, FMEA, SCIF, and other design-quality activities.
• Support configuration and change management, including project resource and budget tracking.
• Perform initial sub-system/component testing before verification and validation activities.
• Manage work packages related to Hardware (HW) and Mechanical (ME) development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HW, SW, Systems, Quality, and Product Development.
• Support customer requirements, technical discussions, and project deliverables.

Required Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Electrical/Electronics engineering.
• Experience in System Engineering for:
• Instrument Cluster
• Audio Systems
• Infotainment Systems
• Experience in Product Requirement Capture / SRD.
• Hands‑on knowledge of requirement management tools such as DOORS NG / RTC.
• Experience with SW flashing/programming tools such as:
