Job summary

Tessolve in Bengaluru seeks a senior hardware design engineer to lead architecture reviews, oversee schematic and PCB work, power integrity, SI/EMC considerations, and critical component selection across complex projects. You will drive board bring-up, debugging, qualification and compliance testing, interface with customers and partners, and ensure production readiness through DFM/DFT reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hardware design and development experience.
• Experience in embedded, industrial, transportation, telecom, or safety-critical systems.
• Railway/transportation domain experience.
• Functional Safety standards (EN50126/28/29), SIL-based development.
• Mechanical enclosure integration, system engineering, and vendor management.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Technical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Cross-functional collaboration and team mentoring.
