Job summary

MAX Aircon in Pune is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead end-to-end HVAC projects. You will handle planning, execution, coordination, installation, commissioning and project completion, ensuring delivery within time, budget and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC project management, strong communication, and hands-on knowledge of installation and testing. This on-site position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic Projects team.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience in handling commercial/industrial HVAC projects.
• Good project planning, team management, and client coordination skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Review project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and project standards.
• Identify project risks and resolve technical/site-related issues.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the design and engineering teams for technical clarifications.
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective resource utilization.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide project status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and HVAC standards.

Preferred Candidate
