Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Pune is seeking a Project Manager (HVAC Projects) to lead HVAC project execution from kickoff to handover, overseeing ducting, insulation, fabric ducting, AHUs, fans, and ventilation systems.

The role requires 8–15 years’ experience, a Mechanical Engineering degree, strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and client coordination, with proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
8-15 years of HVAC project execution experience.
Hands-on experience with ducting, insulation, fabric ducting, AHUs, fans, ventilation systems.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects from kickoff to handover.
Manage installation of GI/MS ducting, insulation, fabric ducting, AHUs, fans, and ventilation systems.
Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization.
Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and client meetings.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company HSE policies.
Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and site logistics.
Prepare project reports, billing documents, and project completion records.
Resolve technical and commercial issues during project execution.

Job Summary-

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully completing HVAC projects involving ducting, insulation, fabric ducting, fans, and Air Handling Units (AHUs). The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and client requirements.
